Can't help you too much, but I can tell you how the characters translate in the dictionary...
æ¢ - weir, fish trap, beam, girder
é - wild goose
ç² - sound of jewels
How you pronounce it or what it means... no idea.
Hope this helps, maybe?

LIANG YAN LING
YAN LING could be called ANNIE
Chinese names have meaning to the characters whereing English names only have histories associated with them.
since Chinese names can't be translated to English - basically you just look for any english name with a close sound to the Chinese name. I don't know many other english names, so the choice is yours.
