If by Ashlee you mean Ashlee Simpson? Then Shakira. Actually I don't really think you can put them in the same category of music.... they are both so different.

Ashlee. shakira cant sing or dance. so what if Ashlee lip sincs. shes 100% better than shakira. ew i hate shakira.
