hi im the guy who asked about that grass allergy question earlier and u guys said i got chigger bites. so wat r chiggers and wat do chigger bites do and how to get rid of. i just got them about roughly an hour ago and its like 8:00 so i cant run to the market or doctor or anything. any home thingies? ok thx. theyre still ittchy!

chiggers are those tiny little red bugs you see crawling around in the grass. They're basically like mosquito bites. If they are REALLy red, swollen and itchy put ice on the bites, or use anti-itch/calamine stuff if you have any.

Chiggers are small bugs that bite into your skin and itch like crazy. A home remedy is to smear shortening or margarine over the affected area, smothering the little devils. works for me. :)

Place a clear coat of nail polish over them. It sounds gross, but it actually works, and will kill the bugs that are under the skin.
I would first clean the bites with alcohol just in case.
You can clean off the nail polish in a couple of days.

Sorry to hear about your chigger problem. I never seen one but don't leave any fruit laying around.

Ive seen this in the previous they're the emblems of mattress insects.you should have your living house fumigated,this can do away with them,except you're bringing the insects living house with you from yet another source fumigation will kill them.
