No, not all fish have air bladders. For instance.. TUNA do not have air bladders. This is one reason why most fish finder (echo sounder) electronics cannot detect a tuna fish on the fishfinder screen.

yes all fish, except sharks, have air bladders as it helps the fish to stay afloat, even if it is not actually swimming.

All bony fish have air bladders. Sharks and rays, whose skeletons are made of cartilage instead of bone, do not.

No not all fish do. Amberjack don't have a bladder. I was informed by a fishing guide and confirmed it by dissection.

No. Some gobies and other fish that aren't swimmers don't, along with sharks and rays already mentioned.

not the california scorpionfish which has poisonous spines but is edible. Also they will not show up on a fish finder.
