Take it apart. Don't lick your fingers afterwards.

Many electronic components contain trace amounts of lead or other heavy metals.

It's plenty safe to rip apart and see the cool platters, arm, head, etc. Have fun.

YES, but they are all trace amount,...no problems to you, it's like having to drink 600 pepsi's a day to get cancer...there is however an alectrical hazard if you poke around in there, good luck

Um...no. It's a machine. Nothing in there that can kill you from breathing it in. Just sharp metal things.
