You talk to her in private and as gently as possible, let her know that you do not feel comfortable about her hitting on you. You need not tell her you are not interested with her but just tell her that you have other priorities at this time. :)

Just tell her the truth. Actually you can slip this in. Tell her that you believe in the philosophy that is is not good to get involved with some one that you work with. And trust me it's not. Because if things go sour. You will still have to see that person on a daily basis. That's what I would tell her. Tell her you are not breaking your rule for anybody.

Next time she hits on you, just tell her that your only interested in being friends, it'll probably hurt her a bit, but it's better than not saying anything and making her think you don't mind it, or even like it...

just tell her ur not interested and u don't like her hitting on her. its better to be honest and up front than i liar and make her feel worse. she'll probably be hurt but its better to know now than in the long run. thats what i always say.

Just tell her you expect her to act in a more professional manner and her romantic comments make you uncomfortable. She can read between the lines and figure you aren't interested and that she is on thin ice with the sexual harrassment policy where you are.

best thing is to tell her you have a girlfriend even if you don't just so she will move on to the next co-worker to flirt with. most of the time people at work that hit on others and are clueless to disinterest move on to another co-worker once they know threes no chance.

If you only see her at work try to nicely give her a hint that your taken or otherewise unattainable, but if she knows you outside of work be honest and tell her you only want to be friends.

Just tell her you are not interested in a relationship with her. Don't lead her on by ignoring her nip it in the bud so she won't get her hopes up.

I think you can say very nicely that," You are really, really ugly- but I know there is someone out there for you who will love you, because you are so nice" If that doesn't work head butt her and run like hades...
