no! baby oil, veggie oil, mineral oil none of these are good for your face. if you are concerned about pimples then go to the store and buy a product called sea breeze use it as an astringent on your face and just use a moisturizer that matches your skin type. neutrogena has alot to choose from.

i think that any kind of oils makes the skin irratted and more open to pimples if you want somethin to use for pimples try this ponds cold cream its a deep cleanser it works real good and its not oily and it smells nice to

I dont think it would be a good idea considering it is oil and it will make your face break out

of coarse! baby oil is actually BETTER for the face rather than these cheap soaps and medications that are "supposed to work" on your face. but me, i use Acne Free, the next closest thing to ProActiv. you can buy it at costco for less money, and more of the product! it totally works with a 3-step solution. my mom uses baby soap ( johnson baby soap-no more tears kind) and it works good for her. but me still frowing up, its better to use Acne Free.

Too greasy. Some kinds of pimples are worse with grease. Don't know any that get better with grease.

step away from the baby oil and get hooked on phonics try using a face moisturizer for oily skin/acne please for our people sak learn to speak and write correctly do not be another statistic its not cute

babby oil make pimples a liitle better and i would use babby wipes instead because babby oil make your face oily

I wouldn't use it as a moisturizer, but it works well to remove eye make up.
