That means she wants to have sex without an emotional entanglement. She's your friend and the benefit is having sex without having a relationship.

It means she is not a very nice girl!!!! I'd tell her we can be friends w/o benefits to save you the risk of sexually transmitted disease. Think about it how many friends does she have???????? That might change your mind about having a friend with beneftis or STD's.

That means that the two of you can do everything together (includeing sex) but not have the whole relationship. You can still do what you want and so can she. It sometimes leads to more also.

It could mean she likes you but she is not ready to commit to a relationship with you either because she is afraid to get hurt by you or she has recently been hurt by someone but she still wants to "be" with you and that could be a way for her to build her trust in you.

friends with benfits basically means all the good stuff kissing,etc. but none of the relationship stuff.Meaning that she is just a friend and you are never or never will be girlfriend or boyfriend.Also it gives her the ability to be with other guys as well as you and not have to commit to you or them.
