it's spanish.
comes from "mama" the "ita" ending often times means little. Mamasita can be used as "little mama", can be considered a more affectionate form of "mama", or it can be considered "hot mama!" as one spanish guy may say to a sexy lady.

It is Spanish, is spelled 'Mamacita' and literally means 'little mother', but it is used as a term of endearment for one's mother. We don't have an English equivalent. Too bad.

Well, in spanish it's the same as saying "Hottie, cutie...." In other words, it's usually used for women, teens. It's actaully a fresh way to address someone.
