The answer to your question depends largely on where the MBA applicant lives. Someone who is working would either need an off-campus program augmented by on-line sessions, or a near-by campus. For my money, you can't beat my alma mater, Florida Atlantic University. It clusters courses so that working students attend classes portions of days, certain days of the week, or at night. Such a schedule allows flexibility for people who work.
