ok so when i log on my messenger list does not show up but when i click on address book...that shows up just fine. i logged onto my other name and everything works just fine...how do i fix this?
btw i have the new beta one

Uninstall that messenger.
Get your computer cleaned up. Clear Temp files, cookies etc.
Run disk cleanup in System Tools.
Defragment your HD.
Turn off your computer and start agan to clear RAM.
Now download the messenger. For some reason this works for me when I have these kind of problems with yahoo programs. Maybe they don't like hunting for places to store the program.

well the easiest way is to uninstall --reboot and install yahoo messenger again

their is an option called show all list
enable that
it work fine
