This is a very intriguing question. Possibly the closest we can get to truly knowing the answer--at least until we experience an extra-terrestrial encounter--is to recall what astronauts felt when they viewed the Earth from outer space. Without exception, when they saw our planet from that perspective, they saw it as an unbelievably beautiful place. They also tended to wonder how all the wars, pestilence and heartaches man has experienced over the past few thousand years could have existed on this tiny speck floating in the vastness of the universe. They saw are Earth as a very fragile place inhabited by people who have yet to realize anything that comes close to our great potential. Most importantly, when they looked at our Mother Earth, they saw home--an incredible place to live and a habitat well worth respecting and protecting.

Perception is biological process. Thinking is a concept and it is probably too much to assume that the aliens would "think".

Reflex is a biological process. But reflection is a concept, and, again, it would probably be too much to assume the aliens would "reflect" on what they perceive as human beings.

If any aliens felt the need to leave their planet for the hazards of space, then they would be very desparate for survival. Once they perceive us as occupying this planet, and using its natural resources which they are setting out to utilize, then their reflex would be - well, I don't have to go on. It would be ugly, I'm afraid.

Based on the prediction that physical forces lead to biological processes, then the perception/reflex scenario would lead to total annihilation of the human race.

Or interbreeding - which might already be happening - based on your funny avatar and the penetrating wit of your question.

Regardless of what everyone else has said, the Raezorians are mutual in how they dislike and like us.

Most of all, they are intrigued by how stupid we are and yet how advance our species has become.

The Raezorians are the main extraterrestrial race that watches and observes humans. They live in our waters and in areas we would have an extremely hard time getting into. But they like these environments, because they are cold and they give a great security from being detected and annoyed to death by humans.

Although the Raezorians want to keep a safe distance from us, they are very much fascinated with our species and they can inter-breed with our species. Which isn't surprising, since the Raezorians appear much like human beings with some small differences.

Some Raezorians have grown quite fund of humans. But some Raezorians would rather have our species brought into extinction to prevent the wide spread calamities we are presenting to our own planet.

And unfortunately, the Raezorians do not find any sexual interest with our species. The Raezorians are not sexually interested with physical characteristics, although most of their physical characteristics could easily become sexually desired by humans.

Those that are quite fund of humans are sexually interested by psychological and mental patterns. They would find you interesting by being benevolent, wise, creative, caring, honest, or showing compassion towards animals and plants.

The Raezorians are far superior in terms of physical and mental strength and in terms of technology. There would be nothing for them to fear from our pathetically inferior military or from our species as they could easily annihilate us by using a gravity disruptor to disrupt the gravity between the Earth and the Sun. Which could cause the Earth to be instantly pulled or hurled directly towards the sun, rather than revolving around it. And it's not like we can do anything to stop them, right?

Fortunately for us, the Raezorians are a very peaceful species that promotes the individuality of thought and the values of social togetherness. But due to this nature, they fear our race may in time find a means of using their weakness for our benefits. Because of this they stay at a good distance from us in remote regions of the world, while observing our species. As a dolphin has an intellect to rival that of humans and yet it cannot stay clear from fishing nets.

By emphasizing religious and philosophical thought to the human race, they are making an attempt to pacify our aggressive nature.

Any way you look at it, it would probably be a bad day when the aliens came to visit. Whether they meant to or not, they would probably kill us all off as effectively as europeans destroyed the pacific islanders.. as native americans were subsumed.. as aboriginals were marginalized.

And if they actually WANT to eat us, then we're even more screwed. I think we want to hope for just eavesdropping on their cable TV channels.. Preferably D.I.Y. "Today's episode: cure all diseases and make an infinite amount of energy and fat free potato chips"

They would worship us as their Gods. I mean, really, what other response could they have as we pollute their solar systems with our Hummer H2001 Space Utility Vehicles, steal their oil, and force them to perform stupid alien tricks while David Hasselhoff, Brandy, and some crazy british guy I've never heard of pass judgement on their performances.

they would see a disorginized selfish species . Us alleged higher intelligence humans would be considered a joke and if they felt like it they could desend upon us and take over earth because we are such a stupid species. we are basically the only ones on earth who crap in our own beds and taint our food and water supply. we also cant agree on any of the simplyist issues and are so divided we will probably be extinct very shortly. If africa is our cradle of civilization and it looks like it does today we are in big trouble when ours and other nations age to that point .

They like us. Their civilization has progressed technologically, but stagnated in every other sense. They like that earthers are energetic and we don't seem to do anything half-way. They like supercross, the fights after soccer games, bluegrass and ska music. They are afraid of traffic, though.

They would see a race kept stagnant by infighting, and hope they don't realize their potential and kill them all.

Possibly, a HUMAN series of horror movies would be released, and there would be a mass phobia of probes landing and gathering "samples" of them.
