No. It's not Google's fault that one of their users are abusing them by publishing your phone number. I would let Goggle know what's going on though so they can pull it from their site. Then I would change your phone number to an unlisted number and let very few people know what the new number is. Good luck.

No. It only does this if your phone number and address are 'listed' like in the phone book. And if you have a listed number and address anybody can find it. If you have a problem with that get an unlisted number.

Sorry, you'll have to find something else to make a needless law suit out of. If you phone # is listed it is public knowledge, google is just like someone looking in the phone book to find you!

why would google be responsible if someone breached your security? If your house was burglarized would the phone company be responsible for printing your address in the phone book. if you know who did this and it caused you problems you may have a civil suit if[big IF] you can prove malicious intent. I would not count on it.

Nope, it's public record. If your phone number is listed in the phone book, it can be listed online.

i'd have them looking into it. they can find the server and through them locate where the message originated. (pain in the *** though, don't know if they'd go that far), but if you're underage (especially) they might put up a red flag.

no, if you are listed in the phonebook, you are listed on the internet, google didn't list you, it is just a search engine

I don't see how you could, it's public knowledge.
