There is Lake Compounce Amusement Park...their rates are:
Regular Admission (52" and taller) $32.95
Junior Admission (Under 52" tall) $23.95
Senior Admission (Over 60 years of age) $16.95
3 years and under FREE
Might be a little out of your price range but they have fun family stuff. You could also try the Maritime Aquarium in Norwalk (they have cool Imax shows at good rates), or Calf Pasture Beach, also in Norwalk.
