My Rhoddies have a rust colored powder on the leaves and recently have begun developing large black spots on some of the lower leaves. We've been spraying them with a general fungicide recommended by our nursery, but that doesn't seem to be helping. I live the pacific northwest. We have been watering them daily. Any advice?

If the fungicides your using arent working.I would suggest you hard prune them,and burn the infected leaves.and start anew next year.

Stop watering them every day. If they are older, established rhodo's they do not need to be watered, unless there is a drought.
I would also recommend pruning your plants to allow more air flow, which will help decrease the conditions needed by the rust.
