Sometimes heat helps. You could soak in a hot bath or use a heating pad just be carefull not to fall asleep with the heating pad. Sometimes rubbing helps too. Ibuprofen may help the pain but take only the recommended dosage as the label states. My mom would rub my legs and that helped. If it gets really bad talk to your mom about seeing your doctor.

Some things that may help alleviate the pain include:

massaging the area
stretching
placing a heating pad on the area
giving ibuprofen or acetaminophen (Never give aspirin to a child under 12 due to its association with Reye syndrome, a rare but potentially fatal disease.)
When Should I Call My Child's Doctor?
Alert your doctor if any of the following symptoms occur with the pain:
persistent pain, pain in the morning, or swelling or redness in one particular area or joint
pain associated with a particular injury
fever
limping
unusual rashes
loss of appetite
weakness
tiredness
uncharacteristic behavior
These signs are not due to growing pains and should be evaluated by a child's doctor.

If they are that bad you need to go to the dr. I have 3 kids and none of the have had pains that bad! Mine mostly complained about their legs and the dr gave them some exercises to do. But i wouldn't say their pain was all that severe. Try taking vitamins and eating alot of fruit and veggies and make sure you drink enough water. Also tell your parents and if the pains don't stop soon go to the dr.

if it were me, i'd check my diet and also water consumption. cut down on junk foods. Get plenty of sleep, and warm baths. Then after 3 days if I didn't feel better I'd see a Dr.
