I have a friend that does this so much we make a joke out of it. Maybe a little humor will "diffuse" the situation. At least break the tension. I don't know, it's more a guy "natural" thing in my opinion. Good luck to her finding a guy that doesn't! Tell her this,---that you feel so relaxed around her, you don't notice. Ease up on the broccoli, though! and pepperoni!

Someone else's farts always smell worse than your own. Maybe she thinks yours are mega deadly. If you want her to keep being your girlfriend, maybe you should leave the room....

she needs to get over it. If and when y'all get serious she is gonna have to deal with it when you move in together. its natural. If your out on a date, thats different, then you should hold it till you get outside and away from her. But if you're in your own apt. tell her to get over it.

It's not a matter of fair or not. It's a matter of how important is she to you. Ask yourself this: How bad do you want to keep this girlfriend? If you want to keep her, and this issue is important to her, I suggest stepping out.
