How intimitating was it for the Carolina Huricanes to be in Edmonton and to hear a sell out crowed sing the Canadian National Anthem.

Probably not too bad. Half of them are Canadian anyway.

why would a team with 15 Canadians feel intimidated,If anything it picked up their national pride,Toronto never had a singer at the Gardens for years,we always sang,I still do at Air Canada Centre with a singer,I'm a Patriotic Canadian and I sing for those who cannot.

Not at all. Most of the players are Canadian. Besides, they were too absorbed with getting ready to go to war for the Stanley Cup to really notice, or care.

Considering more than a few guys on the Hurricane roster are Canadian, it might not have been that intimidating a homecoming.

Dude, since most of them are canadian and not jerks, it probably wouldn't have been intimidating at all, plus they also sang the American anthem.

Since half the team is Canadian it probably didn't bother them too much.

it wouldn't be...there professional players and are focused on winning, not how loud the fans are...although...it sure was great when hearing both anthems being sung in Canada...
