it is about the lease system in mindanao specifically in baguio district in calinan..how the process being done and who are the popular leasor and leasee..how much is the minimum cost?

I am not able to see much on the internet about this subject. There are some historical articles from the past that mention leasing plantation land, but nothing that would help you actually do this.

Talk to the local government about it. Or you may need to check with people that are doing this now to see how it is done. Choose a leasor that is not in a competing area and see if you can be mentored by them on the process.
