depending on ur state, which by the way most states do legally give pregnant women drug tests, n indeed it does get holded against. If they have a drug prob after the revelation of the testing the baby will be taken away, from the mother's custody until she'sin rehab!!

I have no idea about missouri laws. But they should be able to, and it should be held against them. If a pregnant woman tests positive for any kind of illegal drug, the child should be removed from her custody as soon as it's born.

Yes, all hospitals can do this. If a doctor suspects that a mother is on drugs while pregnant he can have her drug tested. Yes, it should be held against them, you are hurting an unborn child.

Yes they can. Most states require drug testing of mothers AND newborns, and DO hold it against them. Alabama and California both do that.
