Well somebody would have to have given him this assumed identity! It would be harder for him to travel, given the whole 9/11 incident and climate towards identity and security. He's dead.

I think he is still alive. His "death"was too tidy and benificial for him and his family.And if he is dead he probally harry-carried instead of a "heart attack" but the heart attact was a more dignified way to go.
