My next tattoo will be a little boy and little girl on a seesaw. It will be placed on my left pec. This will represent my son and daughter who were my world that I only get to see on every other weekend now because of my divorce. I am putting in my left pec so they will always be over my heart.

I have a Calvin and Hobbes backpiece planned. the center piece would be C&H sitting on a tree branch in the fall.
Calvin and Hobbes are just the two coolest dudes I know. The comic is a strong part of my life and it is something I can't live without.

I actually have one that I got a couple of years ago of a butterfly over my left breast. I just wanted to have one and I took about 2 years to find just the right thing. It's a serious decision to permanently mark your body, but it took a lot of thought.

I would never get one, but if I WAS going to get one it would be a sun and a moon facing each other, so it's one circle but half is the sun and half is the moon. This represents my multi-sided personality, my love of all other planets and structures in the universe, and my passion for diversity.

I would get a faerie, because I used to have my very own when I was a little girl. She would write little notes to me and leave me gifts. Of course it was my mom, but still...and since I always want to stay a kid at heart, it would remind me of my childhood.
