Have a new digital camera. Took pictures and viewed them. Tried plugging in camera to PC. But they don't show up. Any easy answer?

Many digital cameras need software installed with which to get the pics from the camera to the computer. Make sure that this is installed, and read the instructions of how to get the pics downloaded.

If your computer has an adapter in the front for digital cards just take the card out of the camera and put it in the PC, it should recognize it and ask if you want to download the pictures.

Install the software that came with your camera on your computer. If you don't have it you can usually download it from the manufacturer's website.
If your computer recognizes the camera when it is connected you can go to start-my computer-then select the camera. The pictures will be in one of the files. If you want to copy them to your hard drive it is easier to go through windows explorer (start-programs-accessories-windows explorer).
If your camera does not show up in these programs you will have to download the drivers for it or use a card reader.

well the camera i have you take a microchip thingy out and put it into the slot in the computer and go to My Computer Removable Disk and then click another folder looking thing. i hope that helps you if its not too confusing. SORRY!
