I know I want a dragonfly on my shoulder, but I can't seem to find the right design. Any suggestions or websites would be very helpful!

If your 21 or older you can go into a tattoo shop and look at their designs.
But you say you want one for FREE.
Unless you personally know someone who does Tats then you will pay probably over $100.00
