Ouray, Colorado is my favorite place to visit. It sets right in between some of the largest montains in Colorado and a river runs right through town. Also it is quiet there and has some of the best jeepin and off road mountain passes with beautiful scenery I have ever saw. I have been going there for 35 years.

Southeast Alaska is definately the most beautiful place I have been to. My in-laws live there so I get to go at least once a year. The mountains and water are absolutely breathtaking!! Plus if you go during the summer you see plenty of wildlife including eagles, bears, and whales. Also, the towns there take alot of pride in their native american culture so there's always something to learn about and the curio shops are great for souvenirs and gifts!

Maui: Weather, the women in bikinis, the feeling that you're actually outside of the U.S, the serenity and relaxing attitude of the locals. Enough Said. A great place to visit.

Chicago - Wrigley Field - because - its Wrigley Field!! Its Chicago! - The temple of baseball over all baseball fields. the History, the brick, the Ivy , Take me out to the ball game in the 7th inning - Ice cold budweiser.... the bleachers!
Certain places in Washington DC strike me as some favorites also - but there really is just something special about the city of Chicago and Cubs baseball

The Havasupai Indian Reservation down in the Grand Canyon. That place is so cool. The people are great. They have a whole town down there, and the waterfalls are spectacular. It's completely unique.

San Francisco is the best in USA considering that its climate compliments its beauty. The Golden Gate bridge imposes its majesty over the harbor with numerous restaurants along the Fisherman's Wharf catering to different cuisines. There are many attractions like the Victorian houses and Alcatraz where excellent films were made. It is my best place in the US, in fact, "I left my heart in San Francisco".
