How about "hi, how are you?" I always like that one, mainly because it's not a pickup line.

Well, I don't use this, I don't try this, I have no need. But, from everyone I've talked to or spoken with the best pickup line goes along the lines of.... "Nice shoes, you want to f**k?" I know it sounds crude, it is, but it's also honest and straight forward. Also, from what I understand, you'll get shot down more often then not, but hey, figure 1 out of 20 woman are looking for some action, ask 20 times and what are you going to get?

something sincere... passionate... something related to the moment...something you know/feel/see...
If you're looking for a girlfirend and you're into comic books, hang out in the comic book store and talk to girls about comic books...
If there is something about a girl that stands out to you (other than things that may offend her to mention) like her eyes or hair or choice of shoes or tattoo, then compliment her. Everyone likes a sincere compliment.
and, obviously different women like different things.... try to learn how to read body language a little and trust your gut feelings...

Hi, I'm (insert your name here). Could I please buy you a drink? Have a dance? etc depending where you are at. Why use a line why not just let them know you are interested right out and see what happens without all the games?
