It is physically possible. However, 11 is just too young to start. Wait as long as you can before you start. You'll feel a lot better about yourself if you do. It's just not possible for an 11-year-old to handle the emotional aspects of sex.

No... an 11 year old cant have sex, if the 11 year old were a female, then the male can be charged for statutory rape.
There are certain laws in certain countries (which I refuse to name) which states that a boy under 13 cannot comit rape... whatever that means... !!!

The question should really be, "should an 11 year old have sex?" the answer is NO!

You can, but you are actually way too young for it at that age. Have sex ONLY if you are ready to handle the consequnces: a baby that you are responsible for for the next 18-21 years, which means giving up the rest of your childhood; possibly getting STDS; and possibly getting AIDS. Are you ready to take this on? Are you ready for the emotinal aspect of it? I believe that NO ONE should have sex until AT LEAST 16, but better yet 18-21. Eleven years old is just not ready for all of the consequences of this. Don't be in a rush to grow up too fast.

NO! NO! NO! an 11 year old should be thinking about Jr High and preteen stuff, not having sex.. hopefully with some good guidance, sex is not a concern and values are instilled..

yes an 11 year old can have sex like any other person but should they hell no where is they mind at no you need to wait cuz dats not a cool thing because that is very serious

only if she's dumb enough to choose to do that. and get her virginity taken at such a young age. thats just her decision. and if you are the 11 year old who is thinking about having sex, then go ahead. it's your decision. no one is stopping you. if you want to get STD's and other diseases, then go on ahead and get your freak on. but its best to think before you go and do it. i'm 15 and i still havn't had sex yet and i wont untill i REALLY fall in love with a man who i marry or is really close to...but thats only when i reach my 20s.

well if u are a female and youve started your periods than yes
if u are a male and has hit puberty than yes
although 11 year olds having sex isnt such a good idea-
