OK. That's a fair criticism. Teenage boys! Do you find other boys' pants hanging as described above sexy?
I am not asking abou't ladies and their thongs. I am assuming it is usually nice looking or at least sexy.

As a police officer for 16 yrs. The whole pants around the butt thing originated in prison like redjellolover said, but not because we took their belts. You can find uniforms that will stay up around your waist without a belt. They prefer to wear baggy pants to advertise to other inmates that they are accommodating when it comes to relieving, lets say "sexual tension". It's just a matter slipping the boxers down a little since the pants are already below the butt cheek. Since most of these little jack-offs are fascinated with the whole "gangsta" thing it just worked it's way into fashion. I doubt that the inmate told his little homies why he was really wearing his pants that way, or he was just a poser and had no clue what it really meant. He just bragged that it's the way he wore them in the house. So next time you see one of these little freaks, ask them how long they've prefered to be the catcher. Odds are ladies, their not interested in woman anyway.

No, it's not sexy! It's a carryover from the prison population whose pants are low because the prison has taken away their belts. They're trying to emulate hoods.
Instead of falling them off I'd rather pull them up and get him a wedgy!

I think it looks disgusting to see the young men with the pants hanging like that. I dont see what girls think is sexy about it at all. sometimes I want to laugh when I look at how they have to walk to keep them from falling off.

I like seeing a little underwear when paired with baggy pants, but men wearing form-fitted designer jeans are much more attractive. Wearing pleated khakis at waist level is attractive to no one.

Oh no! Why do I want to watch boys with oversized pants halfway down their legs? You barely have to pull them down to see their underpants! And I hate when they go near you and act stupid(like you said). It's like sexual harrassment, if you ask me!
