why has the iq rate of everyone in the united states dropped so dramaticly that the levels of stupidity on the internet be so high? and why has everyone turned what could be a huge resource of knowledge into a popularity contest, porn wonderland, and infestation of ignorance in general?

If theres no integrity, forsight, vision and ignorance of ones ignroance in any type of organisation it spreads down the spokes and pollutes the conscioussness of the whole. end of.
