This is too broad a question. Could you be more specific? Are you a Sucubus (sp?) or a traditional looking "devil" with horns and a tail? Do you want to use latex to make flesh-colored horns on your forehead? Do you just want to know what kind of stage make up to use? It really depends on the look you're going for and how much you want to spend. (Not to mention how talented you are @ applying make up.) I think the best makeup includes the eyes and the mouth. To make eyes look strange, line them with yellow. To make your mouth look cool, eat red and grape Kool-Aid or Jell-O straight from the packages to temporarily dye the inside of your mouth black.

for eyes do heavy eyeliner, top and bottom fanned to the side with no shadow use a liquid blue/yellow color and for the mouth you can get black gloss or use a deep red gloss

exaggerate your eyebrows and line your eyes past your eyelids and make your lips larger and exaggerated to look kind of demonish

i did this at my church and it was called scream and what we had was a half mask horns and red blood but artists from the church did our make up
