I'm tired of other people telling me what to do?

You can ignore what people tell you, but you may miss some good advice along the way. I hate to tell you, but you will never really escape people telling you what to do. I mean you will most likely have a boss or employer at some point telling you what to do. If nothing else, you will probably always have friends willing to put in their two cents. You could start your own business, but even then you could have people telling you what to do.

This is when step into your rebellious stage. Even though you hate being bossed about, you should really think why you don't want to do it. Will it kill you if your mom told you to cleaan up your romm? Will it kill you if your dad told you to help him wash the car? Yeah, maybe it's hard and tiring, not to mention BORING, just do it. Who knows, maybe it'll be of some use in the future. Just remember, you have the right to choose between what's right and what's wrong. Do the right thing and ignore the wrong.

Well now, that depends. If you are a kid and you're talking about your parents, you should shut up and listen because they know more than you. If it's you boss, you better listen or you'll get fired.

I think you probably just need to grow up and learn that all of us have someone telling us what to do -- unless you're God -- and I know you're not Him because you asked this question, so you obviously don't have all the answers.

They may just be worried about you. Let them say what they want to say, it's their right. The last decision is still yours anyway.

Do you tell them your business and they make suggestions?

Then of course they'll tell you waht to do.
