Well, if I was President of the USA, my bias would be towards helping my country and the downtrodden here first. Then we can help others.

1) Raise the federal minimum wage immediately to $15 per hour (at least)
2) Redistribute Ken Lay's assets among the affected Enron employees (not to mention Skilling, et al)
3) Arrest and try GWB and DC (among others) for crimes against humanity (among other charges)
4) Redistribute a couple hundred billion from the military complex to feed, cloth and house the poorest of the poor in America (and actually buy them homes!)
5) Bring all troops home
6) Privatize FEMA. Let the Red Cross\Crescent take the lead since they have the most experience in this field. Oh boy, are we going to need FEMA.
7) Sign the Kyoto Agreement (duh)
8) Hire Al Gore to develop a plan for addressing global warming
9) Pray for survival of the human race

I would invest in Research and Development for energy, infrastructure, and social welfare. I would also invest in the development of space exploration. After a while, I'll ask the American public to change their cars to a more environmental friendly automobiles. Improving also the welfare of the poor people in the domestic front.

After these, I will improve the effectiveness of the Police, Military, IMF, World Bank, and UN. I will show to the world that USA isnt a bully and is effective and efficient in carrying out its promises and ideals.

Well, i think that will be the right thing to do. But, sometimes, the way that Bush is doing is the lesser of two evils. Coz I think that terrorists are the kind of people who will act as if they are listening but still carry out their acts of evil. And as the president of the USA, I have to do something about that. Though, I will build more friends, and at the same time, prevent as many wars as possible... but sometimes you need to show how powerful you are to those kind of people...I dnt know... thats just my opinion.

I would end the war. Repair all the ill feelings that the Bush administration caused with their arrogant "go it alone attitude".This could be accomplished by a full investigation of the Bush administration. GWBush, Cheney and Rove should be tried and held accountable for the lies and deceit to the American people and their illegal war....(the world would see that America is a great country, We just had a lot of bad apples in office)Oh... and I would reverse the Tax Laws on Corporations. I would give them tax breaks to keeping Jobs here in the united states. The Bush regime offers tax breaks for companies that outsource and that is just plain wrong!

If I were President of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, I wouldn't try at all to "change the WORLD." I would recognize that I don't have authority over the WORLD, just of the United States.

And even then, I would recognize that being the President is not synonymous with being a Dictator.

Certainly kick the useless U.N. out of New York in order to free up some parking spots and some prime real estate.

Probably seek out assasination as a viable alternative to larger scale war.

Lower taxes to promote growth, increase tax revenues, and create greater wealth (one day Libs may finally get it) which, in turn, would have a positive effect on the world

Hire the smartest people to help me run the country. I would get the scientists that will eradicate world hunger. Medical doctors that would cure Aids, and other diseases. Make pharmaceutical companies give medicine for free to those that need it. Tax the rich, fire all of congress and make the supreme court only be elected officials + not have them work until they are almost dead!
