Horsepower and cc's are two completely different things. It is GENERALLY true that the more cc's (size of engine) will produce more horsepower.

Here is an example for you:
a 500cc racebike can develop over 200 hp, but a road-going Harley with 1340cc makes about 70hp
There is a connection between displacement and horsepower, but there are many other factors (compression, cam timing, # of cylinders etc.) too.

1000 cc engine has a displacement of 1 litre. A lot of variables come into play when you want to figure out the horse power. The number of cylinders, type of induction and exhaust system, cam timing and the bore to stroke ratio. There's a lot of others but they are the main ones.

There is no set horse power for 1000cc. It all depends on a car's stats. Like weight, oil intake etc...

1000 cc or 1200 cc are measurements of engine displacement, not horsepower
a 1000 cc engine can have any range of effective horsepower. depends on the compression, the carburetion, the timing...

cc is a measurement of volume.....the diplacement actually.....I have a zx6RR it has 599 cc of displacement .....the diplacement is the cylinder volume......diffent bike with the same displacement will have variances in the horsepower output and the ranges that they make power according too cylinder heads, fuel systems, tuning, etc
