CLR (Calicum lime rust)
It is very strong. you must wear rubber gloves when using it. possibly a face mask too. but it works really good. Once you've got the spots gone, keep them gone by using a squegee on the door after every shower.

Try a mixture of washing soda (borax) and water, about 2 to 3 tablespoons in a quart of water. Spray it on and let it sit and then clean it away. Also, vim spray with bleach works well.

Cheap solution. Mix baking soda with a small bit of vinegar and rub your spots with a small cloth. Rinse. Don't mix this with bleach.
