All right, you do that by going to Tools>Internet Options>Clear History>Yes, and if you are worried about it slowing donwn the computer, change the amount of days the computer keeps pages in the history to one, but really, it doesent slow down the computer. `Blaze

Go to the preferences in your web browser (usually the shortcut is "command ,") and there should be a section for history.
You can delete or change settings there.
It might improve speed, but more likely clearing the cache will do more. (Especially if you navigate to a lot of sites with audio, video, or big picture files.)
You can also do this in preferences.
If all else fails, ask the help in your web browser and it should steer you right.

not really but does clean em up
go find ccleaner, its free, itll get rida sum junk for you.
c\windows, delete anything in the folders, temp and prefetch.
