There is no maximum or minimum size.
Penises have been found to be as small as "belly button" lookalikes in Asis and in Africa, Penises have been found as long as 20 inches (erect) .
Diseases and mutations can cause elephantisis which can increase penises to GARGANTUAN sizes or other mutations can cause no penis growth at all.
This is a Biology question that depends on factors of Genes, traits, heritage and possible deformities.

I've read or heard of men with ingrown penis where it's actually not even sticking out, but rather it's in like a hole. Not sure if it would stick out when 'erect' or if it's a total dysfunction.

As for maximum length, sky's the limit (not literally) I guess. I would imagine for a human we would probably max out at 20" or so and 2" diameter. If you're talking an elephant man, then 5' and 6" diameter... :) ha ha.

well i have had a few of them in my day and i have seen them range from 5" to 12" but anything more than 8" isn't useable,,lol also,, from very thin to way thick,, and i prefer thick,, it is more important that length,, hope this helps u
