The X1600 will beat the 9200 hands down. The X1600 is crossfire ready, which is one of the biggest/most current ATI features available. That's only one example.

With every generation of ATI video cards, they like to split their products into three categories: budget, performance, or a balance between the two. You can tell which is which by the number they assign the video card model.
Back in the 9000 series video cards, from 9000 to 93XX was budget, from 9500 to 96XX was medium and from 9700 to 98XX was performance.
For the X1000 series, it's the same sort of formula. The X1300 is budget. The X1600 is medium. The X1900 is the performance.
So in this case, the X1600, despite being the laptop version (i.e., the mobility) will still outperform the Radeon 9200SE due to the card classification as well as being two generations ahead. (middle generation was the x300, x600, x800 models)
