yea the chirpractor down the stree from me is severly inaffective...but i found a really good one...it is better to find one that does the adjustments with the little popper gun and not the twist and pop method. The pop method feels good at the time but the popper gun works better, the adjustments hold better.

In my experience anyway...i went to before i found on that was really great

No, my Chiropractor is wonderful. He also works very softly,no cracking unless nothing else works. I feel so much better than I did when I started going.

Yes. I had a bone spur on my neck. His x-ray did not see it. So, when he adusted my neck the spur hit a nerve. I had to lay flat for a few days. I have gone to others since, with no problems.

I LOVE my chiropracter...but I do know that you have to find a good one. People have either great luck with the ones the have gone to or bad luck.

nope...i feel amazing after getting out of there...you just need to relaxe and dont resist there movements
