In Miami, pretty much all of South Beach kicks at night.
Daytime I may say the Viscyza Museum..it's a HUGE Renaissance sytle house that was built in Spain and brought over to Florida piece by piece and rebuilt in Miami..it's gorgeous. The grounds are awe-inspiring and they used to hold an Italian Renaissance Festival in April on the grounds

I agree with the previous answer. Pretty much the beach (and the surrounding areas) is all there is to see. But if you tire of so sand, the Everglades are pretty amazing to see. It's a far trip from the beach though, seeing as you'll be on the coast, and they are situated much more inland.
