for the past 3 months he keeps getting cuts and his foreskin wont go back, what could it be?

foreskin too tight....circumcision is the best option

Unless someone gives terrible head or he's into having pain inflicted upon him for pleasure stop having sex immediately and get him to a docter FAST. Some STDs cause some very peculiar looking openings in the skin. Look up photos of STDs on yahoo by specific disease. Scary stuff I tell you. You might just find what he has. G'luck..

guys dont get cuts on there dicks take it from a guy if its scaby looking get the hell away or you probably received what he has so just stick with him and talk to the doc he'll have somthin a little more usefull than what i have to say but ask him were his **** has been also good luck with those cuts

I dont like the sound of this, and would be marching him to his G.P before engaging in further sexual activity. Anything unusual like this should be investigated immediately for peace of mind if for no other reason.

how long have you been at it. it could just be an inflamed foreskin from overdoing it. or he's diseased
