Do you think there are time travelers among us now? Do you think you might have met one? Have you ever heard of John Titor, who made claims on the internet about being a time traveler?

Imagine that you somehow managed to travel to the past.

Any changes that you effect while being there (talking to people, stepping on ants, buying stuff..) would change the established notion of the 'present' time where you came from.

What if, then, the changes caused by your trip to the past made it impossible for you to be born? What would happen then?

Time-Travel is only possible forward, through General Relativity.

Traveling to the past is not an option.. and it's probably not a good idea, since we could end up destroying fundamental pillars of civilization.

Couldn't say... there are some things that people would want to do differently but who knows what kind of out come it would have.
