I'd say "wow, nuh uh." Then I'd go look in the mirror.
You aren't born with freckles so don't feel bad that you just noticed them. As a teenager you'll be discovering all kinds of body characteristics and quirks you never noticed before.

why do you think your cousion pointed this out? You seem bothered about this. Don't worry we all have freckles and bumps and lumps on our bodies. Be proud and don't let others get you down. Perhaps your cousin is jealous of you? Ppl who tell you all the negative stuff about you are normally jealous.

say thank you. i don't see freckles as being flaws. when i was 17, my uncle pointed out a patch of freckles on my elbow that i had never noticed. i thought it was cool.
