Mark Brunell is the more experianced of the two leading Redskins QB's. He is one of the older players on the team, and has many more seasons under his belt.
Patrick Ramsey, on the other hand, is a less experienced player, and does not play as well as Brunell, and is not as constant. He is not that far behind Brunell, however, and I believe he has the potential to be better, in the future.
Currently, however, I would have to say that Brunell is the better player.
