Well, he may not be the suckiest but Buff Bagwell has sunk pretty low. I live in the same small city as him and he has had so many problems. He showed up at a local high school football game drunk and knocking over the comdiment table at the concesstion stand and even had community service shagging balls at a small ball field where my husband umpires. Just yesterday my husband told me he is headlining a local wrestling event with a bunch of no names. I'm sure his mother will have to drive him there as he has a suspended driver's liscense.

Do you remember George "The Animal" Steele? What a freak!
Actually Mr. George was apparently a nice man. I had the pleasure of sharing an evening with his daughter a few years ago, and she spoke wonderfully of her father. When she was a little girl, she would freak out, saying things like, "Hey that's my dad!"
I haven't thought about her in a while. So there ya go, there's my answer.

Hulk Hogan.
Which is funny, because he's so famous. Lou Thez once said the his grandmother had a better leg drop then Hogan, and I believe it.
