I don't mind it on Ebay because sellers/buyers use it to make a very distinct feedback for other members. Although, I don't like it to be used on Yahoo Answers because letters are sometimes difficult to distinguish. For Example, the word "ThIs" looks to have a lower case L instead of an i.

I hate all stupid people. I hate all the people who never taught the stupid people to write correctly. I hate the system that never taught the stupid people proper grammar. I hate the world that sits back and allows it to go on.

yes, it shows how desperate and lazy the person is. I once entered a joke question in all caps that made absolutely no sense. PLZ, HLEP ME WIF BOYFRIEND!!!
