When you notice that your bra is too tight around your breast & around the back then you will need to change sizes. But you have to be careful, if you are a teenager then you are probally still in the growing stage, which means you may need to change the cup size instead of the breast measurement or vice versa. Depends on which area is growing faster. Get a sewing kit so it will have the correct measuring tool. I noticed that you had got alot of answers concerning when to change as in everyday, depending on how much you sweat so I thought I would give you a little bit more information concerning the other way.

I change my bra accordingly. I have bras for the morning till late noon then I change to sports bra to work out in. After a shower I will get a new one on and if there is to be some action then I generally will wear one that is sexy, and if I am lucky it won't be on for long into the evening.

Depends on what you mean. I wear a different one pretty much every day.
I replace them with new ones when they are worn down. The elastics aren't as good and the bra isn't doing its job anymore.
Can't really put a time frame on that. Some bras last a long time if you take care of them properly, others don't.

I cant really think of too many things my bra can change into so if you mean change to a clean one.......
If Im not sweaty I wear it for a couple days (I take it off when I sleep, so thats not continuosly for a few days!) but, if I sweat a lot I change it every day. Its like jeans, if they're clean, they can be worn more than once....... Unless your nursing, then its a whole different story.

Omg I change Mine Every Single Day..You don't have to but I feel I must cause that's the way I was Brought Up.You Sweat you change your under wear every day so why not your Bra.
