What exactly is sleeping? What is dreaming?

Just a thought, like what is it really, you just go lie in a bed and close your eyes for a while and then you see things, when your eyes are closed. Kinda' hard to explain but it's weird.

i dont know man, but i guess it means my life sucks when my favorite part of the day, that i look forward to the most, is when i sleep. Sometimes i have dreams about women from my past, that i was stupid enough to let become only memories. Sometimes i dream that someone from work is busting my balls, telling me how i goofed something up.

sleeping when your mind is on rest.Dreaming means your mind is not in sleep condition it is working.
