I have started to get a bunch of those, too - if you have a yahoo account, turn spamguard on and mark them as spam. If you try to remove yourself from their mailing list, they will know that they have a legitimate email address and will sell your name to everyone. Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do about it, except change your email address and don't give it out to anywhere it might get sold.

Spam happens. Get a new email address, and use that Spammed one when you need to register for something. I do that. It saves my good email for friends

For one thing they should go to directly to ur junk mail if u do get them never open them then they know that ur address is legitiment. You evidently signed up for something on the enternet some where. that is how they get u. All emails have a blocker or go to the address they are from and unsubscribe. They alway have that on the bottom of their letter.

Because spammers are ruthless. Do what I did, forward all your e-mail to a GMail (Google Mail) account, they have an awesome spam filter and it's all freeeeeeeee!

Obviously, you've been surfing. When you do this the spammers attach cookies to your IP and voila you start getting all these wonderful offers.
Hard to imagine you with a gf, ain't it?
