im heading to iraq on a 3 week vacation to see the garden of eden and im told the tour will be safe?

I am a military wife who's husband has served 2 tours in iraq. NOT FOR vaction. i have gone to many funerals because of ied's. you are going on a guided tour and personally i feel if you feel it is unsafe then dont go. but to answer you if anyone would care try asking your family and friends and poeple who know you. I am sure you will find your answer there. I also want to add, that i think if you are going to ask such a question. walk up to a solider who has lost a brother over there or has been injured, doubt you walk away feeling like you would ask a question like that again, and i bet you would have your answer.

I highly doubt that they would as for the media wouldn't waste the time to report that. I have seen pictures of the events over there, and most of them aren't pretty. I really don't like you trying to be funny about something so serious. I wouldn't be worried about the landmines anyways, it's the dead animals that you need to worry about pal.
