MAC is the best overall. Lancome is also a good one. As far as the drugstore, L'Oreal is the best...it's owned by Lancome. Their mascaras are far superior to Maybelline :) There are a lot of people on here recommending Avon or Mary Kay, they are completely mediocre. I also would not recommend Cover Girl, there are far better things to be found in the drugstore!

I love Prescriptives and Clarins. They both use the best, quality ingredients and they actually improve the appearence and look of your skin! At least, they did for me. Prescriptives is great for a more natural, understated and clean look, while Clarins makes you look fresh-faced and healthy, and the colors make you pop--as if you just came back from the Spa! Try them both and decide what's best for you :)

I prefer Mary Kay because they offer a complete skin care and make up line. Also, they have consultants every where that can provide assistance with any of your questions.

well, the kind of makeup u choose depends entirely on the type of ur skin .if u have an oily skin then go for the water based and oil free one's whereas if ur skin is dry then go for more of d moistured kind and if its normal then u can enjoy whichever u prefer..........makeup is all abt trial nd error so try at home before an imp.occassion

It really depends on your skin type, the type of makeup you want to wear, and how much money you want to spend. I like CoverGirl eyeshadow, mascara, and face powder. I like Physician's Formula Blush, and I'm not too picky on the lisptick -- just so long as the shade is ok with my skintone.

Depends...What's your budget? If it's not much hit the Drug Stores! Covergirl has the best cheap mascara, Almay has great eye liner. If you have lots to spend try clinique.

You can go to the mall, go to a good store - Like Dillards, etc. And they will be happy to help you, your age and skin tones play a big part. If you don't like one, you can go and try another. So, good luck and God Bless.
